Östermalms TKD är en av landets mest, genom alla tider, framgångsrikaste klubb & står sig än idag, 20 år senare. År 83 - 00 dominerade klubben TKD Sverige. Klubben grundades av Chago Rodriguez Segura och Kerstin Wilton 1982
med namnet Östermalms Hapkido Taekwondo klubb. På -80,-90 och 2000 talet så dominerade klubben Svensk Taekwondo. Många av klubbens medlemmar har varit med i svenska Taekwondo Landslaget.Klubben har vunnit bästa klubb i SM, Svenska Cupen samt DM mellan åren 1982 till 2001.
Bland klubbens många medlemmar finns kända namn som Paolo Roberto och Liam Norberg som numera sysslar med TV och FILM.
