I keep coming back to this clip, it is so interesting to me how both dancers are almost locked into their beautiful core/upper body position, and their arms, legs and head simply move around this position. I feel this is how to teach running and almost everything else in terms of human movement, first establish and develop and strengthen core/upper body position, and teach movement around this.
