Unlike a step competition, everyone's individual favorite activities all count towards the score of the team. And each activity is personal, based on amongst other things your age, length and gender. Cycling or yoga. Running or aerobics. Walking or tennis. They all count and it's all about finding everyday exercise and changing your behavior.

The social networking platform in Intersport Challenge creates commitment between all employees, as well as creating positive PR for your health challenge. I the end you will reach a greater well-being making everyone a winner. With Intersport Challenge you will engage considerably more than those already active or you would reach with a more traditional approach. We see results of between 45- 75% participation at our recent Challenge clients, compared to about 25% with more traditional health initiatives.

Compete for a good cause
You can also free of charge add on what we call Charity Points. Just choose the organization and amount, and we will make sure that everyone's commitment contributes to a better world. All participants will then fight for themselves, their team and a good cause.
