Bra kvalitiet,privat och strand nära.Simrishamn 10 minut, Glimmingehus Slott 2 minut,Ystad 20 minut, och underbart Gyllebo sjö för barn och föräldra This is a holiday home for a short while but we are nearly always being asked to rent it to families for half a year or more as its location is quite unique.With this in mind we will rent out this summer to tourists, and to a small family throughout the autum winter and spring.Its location seems to attract a lot of wildlife and with the big picture windows it seems to attract artists too !
