The story behind TAT (or To Accessorize Things.) begins in a quite unusual place; a small Serbian village.  Peter, a business personality from Sweden, had been travelling through Serbia, exploring the land of his ancestors.  He was in the company of some friends, when he met someone. That someone was Alex, a eccentric design personality, who had decided to move from New York to a more relaxed environment, a village where his father was born. "The internet has erased borders and boundaries, cities can be designed from villages and friendships can span incredible distances," claimed Alex.  Intrigued by each other's stories, Alex invites Peter for a feast to his picturesque village home, so that the two may learn something more of each other before it was time to part.

A strong friendship would emerge at that old wooden table. In fact, who knows how many long conversations that table had witnessed, but, Alex wondered, had it ever been a part of something so momentous. Inspired, the two found that together they could merge good business ideas and good design ideas, into something exceptional, into what would later became TAT.

Mr. Jova

In another chance encounter, the two partners would meet Mr. Jova.  A nice man who was inspired by 'our story' and had the means to help. He helped the partners produce the first products; the automobile license plate holders.  Without Mr. Jova's many years of expertise in the plastics industry, Peter and Alex dream would have been hard pressed into realization.

The Vision

Looking at the European market place, Peter had found a niche in the automobile industry that needed improvement. With the design skill Alex had, they came up with a vision: a company would be founded on creating products that become ultimate, personalized accessories; starting with automobile and motorcycle license plate holders. All products would be something that was not only functional, but fun.

The Product

The product is a two part system. The larger piece is the Plate Frame which is made out of flexible, durable plastic, that fits all makes and models of automobiles. The license plate is locked in safely. The second piece is the Design/Advertising Rail which locks in at the bottom of the Plate Frame, once the license plate is inserted.

The Advertising Rail is the totally customizable part. We offer full color, 3D printing.  This technology allows for graphics of any detail to be printed onto the Advertising Rail. The color is durable and scratch resistant, for many years out in the weather. Satisfaction guaranteed.
