TV Clients, we are sorry for the interruption to your service today, this is due to the severe wind (storm) we have yesterday which has blown or moved antennas. We are working to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

We have experienced a major problem on our Costa Nova line, which we are aware of and have been working on to rectify as soon as possible . On a positive note we have employed a specialized team who are now assisting us with our upgrade the of the cable system that we have mentioned to clients in the past. Due to the interruption to service and being ready to go ahead with the upgrade we have installed the new equipment today and then we will need to level the amplifiers in the street. We will try and keep the disruptions to a minimum but you could experience problems and I will keep the answer machine, Facebook or Twitter accounts updated. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and look forward to you receiving a more powerful reliable service. Holiday on Thursday office closed Friday due to the bicycle Race we will have no access for call outs in certain areas, we have been informed the Port area will be closed from am to 6 pm. Our office will be opened normal hours on Friday, however some clients may find it difficult to travel to the office. Saturday there will be one office staff minding the phones from 10 am to 2 pm to assist with clients. (this is due to holiday and Friday limited access) emergencies only (no payments can be taking) We have an emergency engineer who will assist with emergency call outs from 10 am to 2 pm. Where we can help on the phone. Emergencies will be assessed and clients with no service at all will take priority. Other clients who are connected to the cable where fire damaged we will not able to assess until permissions are giving.
