TEEN & ADULT KICKBOXING CLASSES The Adult classes are absolutely jumping and with the grading now over it's time to ramp it up and get stuck in. Classes are near capacity but we we would like to welcome 4 new adult faces to the Albox and Cantoria sessions. The training is fantastic, the students are awesome and amazingly welcoming to newbies....get in touch for a free Taster Session. Meanwhile....we need higher ceilings. 😳

As many of you know Lee has his 3rd Dan Pre Test tomorrow. To start things off after a mega 1 1/2 hour K1 session, Lee then went on to spar 13 non stop rounds (including a couple with 2 professional MMA fighters....pretty brutal so we'll skip those vids 😳). Here are 3 rounds with Marouane, David and Aziz. Much respect to every fighter and coach that has helped him on his journey over the last 10 years.

Obviously not our style(s) of fighting but it's certainly had us all talking. Latest odds....could be a late night/early morning this weekend.

We've received loads of PMs this week from parents who'd like their kids to join the Ninja and Samurai Classes when school returns. Spaces are very limited in the younger groups to allow lots of one to one time. Anyone who'd like to secure a place or try a trial class please drop us a message. Coach Steve 🥊

With many of our Samurais off on holiday, only three our 8 - 12 year olds successfully graded to Yellow Belt but they'll have the opportunity to grade on their return. Congratulations everyone.

3 students from our Teens/Adults class received their red belts and certificates today and 4 their yellow. Such a hardworking bunch of students.
