I believe fitness training is essential in our lives regardless of age, weight or gender as it is intricate in keeping us active and in good health. Fitness is all about consistency and discipline and should not be seasonal – this is something we should commit ourselves to on a daily basis, be it walking, running, swimming, cycling and most importantly, healthy eating choices.
WEIGHT TRAINING:
This training is essential for breaking down fat, strengthening your body/muscles and improving your overall physique and co-ordination.
MUSCLE TONE:
Muscle Tone is a result of consistent application of weight and strength training over a certain period of time. Remember, there are no quick fixes, you have to work hard at what you want.
NUTRITION:
Eating plans and nutrition plays a large role in your fitness training. I firmly believe in matching the individual with an eating plan that will benefit their lifestyle and training techniques.
REHABILITATION OF INJURIES:
Once you've been cleared by your doctor and/or physio to start rehab, together we will put together a programme for you to get you well and on your way.
