April-May is the Birchsap and syrup season i Jæmtland.
The rest of the year will be in Slovenia, The food and agriculture country no 1. in my opinion.
Working with farming, foraging and winery together with companys in Slovenia. We are also starting production of Chaga spirit very soon.
Tillverkning av Björksavsprodukter, bär, svamp, och örter is still in Sweden in the spring.
