Savamala is one of the oldest Belgrade neighborhoods, and it’s ideally located on the right bank of the Sava River. When coming to Belgrade, Savamala is probably the first city quarter that you’ll have contact with, since the railway and bus stations, as well as the airport shuttle bus stop, are located in this area. Apartments are oriented to closed backyard, so it's really peaceful and quiet location, and on the other side of the street there is one of the most busy center street Brankova, with different shops, fast foods, liquor stores, pharmacies, groceries stores. On 5 minutes walk there is one of the biggest green market Zeleni venac, as well as biggest local bus station connected to all city parts. Main bus and train stations are just 10 minutes walk, pedestrian zone Knez Mihajlova and Republic square 7 minutes walk, clubs and bars on the river 15 minutes walk.

House rules:

- Upon arrival full payment is required. We only accept payments in cash.
- Upon arrival you are obliged to show your passport to the property owner.
- Check-out time is 11 am. If you wish to check-out earlier, please let us know in advance.
- Check-in time is from 12 to 8 pm.
- The entrance door should always remain locked for safety reasons.

- Upon departing, the guests are obliged to close all windows, turn off all water faucets, as well as the lights in the room and its facilities, and to lock the door of the apartment as they leave.
- We like our neighbors and want to maintain a good relationship with them. No noise should be made in the bedrooms or corridors which might disturb them during day or night.
- Smoking is permitted in the apartment.
- It is prohibited to bring weapons, explosives or drugs in the apartment.
- If you lose or damage any property belonging to Apartment we will have to charge you for it. The compensation must be paid immediately and in cash.
- We cannot take responsibility for any loss, theft or damaged to any guest property whatever the cause.
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers & pillowcases) and towels are included in the price.
-Pets are allowed to stay.
