A: My investment will be divided in the following manner: 1. I plan to have an Emergency Support Stuff (ESS) which will be directly functioning under MC responsible customer experience (CXP). These ESS will be spread across Kenya (5 ESS). They will take care of emergency cases that LCs are not able to solve. Sometimes LCs face some situations which are highly unpredictable (mostly, relating to quality cases). As soon as there is any info of such cases ESS will go that LC and support in resolving the issue. Thus driving customer centric approach. This will be an investment of KES 400.000. There is an issue with level of corporate ethics and sales culture. I would make an investment in creation of National Incentive Program includes small memorable gifts, and AIESEC Conferences. The investment is KES 200,000. Ceedership is really important part of AIESEC life. Ceeders diversify the experience of AIESEC and boost exchanges to the higher tier. I will invest KES 400.000 in ceedership and co-delivery.
