To teach a complete system of wellness based on individual assessment and time tested techniques. Features kettlebell, yoga, Jiu Jitsu and Kick Boxing. Combining the benefits of both yoga and kettlebell training, Rincon Movement Academy focuses on making the most of your workout by increasing endurance, agility, coordination, and flexibility in a healthy environment.
Our motto is to be able to use these classes in all aspects of physical health and training without causing injury or over-stimulation. This encourages activity day after day without burning out.
Using the FMS model to rank any physical limitations and progressions, we will be able to customize your experience in a class environment to ensure you are getting the most of your workout while still being able to participate in a group and enjoy the social setting.

Sometimes when I talk people pay attention 😉 we had just unloaded a private plane full of supplies for Western Puerto Rico and got some women and children off the island. We were just a few of many that came to help this beautiful island. It was 12 DAYS before we saw any outside agencies and NO the people did not wait around for help. The PEOPLE cut their way out of their homes and cleared roads to check on family, friends and neighbors. Tax paying American citizens for those of you who need a reason to care.
