A Índia é conhecida pelo seu património, cultura e as apelativas e distintas especiarias aromáticas no mundo. A falta de um autêntico restaurante indiano em GONDOMAR (RIO TINTO) inspirou a incursão em abrir o nosso primeiro projeto BAY OF BOMBAY! Para se tornar a primeira deste tipo de experiência gastronómica indiana no PORTO, pretendemos proporcionar-lhe uma experiência culinária inesquecível num ambiente acolhedor e agradável, com uma decoração e apresentação contemporânea.

A culinária indiana é perfeita para pessoas que estão conscientes sobre os seus hábitos alimentares relacionados com a saúde. A comida indiana orgulha-se principalmente do seu sabor rico atribuídas ao uso de várias especiarias, rica base de curry (molho), e uso de uma matriz de vegetais orgânicos frescos, marisco, carnes brancas e de carne vermelha.
O nosso menu foi cuidadosamente projetado, de modo a possuir uma fantástica combinação de aperitivos, entradas, sobremesas e bebidas!

O nosso menu consiste nos melhores curries na história da culinária Indiana, que inclui FRANGO MANTEIGA, CARNE À PIMENTA, CARIL DE FRANGO COM CAJUS, ESPETADAS INDIANAS, FRANGO TANDOORI e muitos mais. Todos os nossos molhos são cozinhados lentamente nas ricas e exóticas especiarias. Não compramos as MASALAS (mistura de temperos em pó) do mercado, alternativamente, tostamos e moemos individualmente as especiarias de acordo com o nosso menu, para enriquecer o verdadeiro e autêntico sabor indiano.
Não servimos os habituais pratos indianos que se tenha deparado! O nosso menu é acompanhado de variedades deliciosas de arroz (comum/temperado), Paratas (pão achatado indiano), Paratas Recheadas (carne / vegetais), Chamuças acabadas de preparar, Kebabs (espetadas) diretamente do grelhador e rolos Kaati (frango / carne / vegetais).
O nosso menu com preços razoáveis permite-lhe escolher a sua refeição com a opção certa para o seu paladar. Jantar no BAY OF BOMBAY, será uma viagem, numa aventura culinária exótica!

Temos ao seu dispor um menu de bebidas completo com cocktails clássicos e inovadores, bebidas espirituosas, vinhos (Tinto / Branco / Porto), Whisky, etc. Também oferecemos uma grande variedade de bebidas não-alcoólicas, que inclui o melhor do café Português, sumos frescos e ilimitada Buttermilk (famosa bebida indiana à base de iogurte) para os clientes que nos visitem para almoçar ou jantar.

Lack of an authentic INDIAN restaurant in GONDOMAR (RIO TINTO) area inspired us to foray into opening our very first project BAY OF BOMBAY! To be the first of its kind of Indian fine dining experience in PORTO, we intend to provide you the unforgettable culinary experience in a warm and pleasant ambience with a contemporary décor and presentation.

LAST WEEKEND!! Dear friends and Indian food lovers, please be advised that this weekend 14th & 15th October will be our last weekend at our RIO TINTO restaurant. We would take our well deserved break from work for a week. We are scheduled to open our new restaurant space between 2nd November to 8th of November. We are absolutely thrilled to serve our beloved guests last 2 nights at our current restaurant where it all started 2 years ago.
