Aqui pode-se encontrar a essência deste Alentejo: o gado que pasta nas serras, terras cultivadas e florestas de montado, as curvas azuis do rio Mira e os montes e colinas verdejantes até onde a vista alcança. Com o trabalho eficiente de uma pequena equipa de voluntários, o percurso está de novo impecavelmente marcado. Along this path one can find the real essence of this Alentejo: cows and sheep grazing in the landscape, farmland and cork oak forests, the shinning blue curves of the Mira river and green rolling hills as far as the eyes can reach. With the efficient work of a small team of volunteers, the route is one again perfectly way marked. See you in Carrapateira on the 25th!

Desde Novembro, Dóra, uma jovem húngara, está a fazer Serviço Voluntário Europeu na associação Rota Vicentina. O projecto dela é muito especial: contar as histórias das tantas pessoas que fazem parte da Rota Vicentina: proprietários de terras e famílias que vivem ao longo dos trilhos, pessoas que possuem negócios locais, voluntários, entidades públicas, operadores turísticos, caminhantes e outros visitantes… Tudo isto nos é contado em inglês e em fotografias. // Since November, Dóra, a young Hungarian, is doing European Voluntary Service in Rota Vicentina association.
