Após recebermos uns simpáticos clientes dos estados unidos, e em conversa com os mesmos, viemos a descobrir que tinham tido conhecimento do INn MURUS, através do livro do afamado escritor Americano "Rick Steves". Foi uma boa surpresa para a equipa do INn MURUS, estar presente neste guia de viagens sobre Portugal. Queremos deixar um especial agradecimento a estes clientes Americanos, que no final tiveram a gentileza de nos oferecer o referido livro de recordação. Saudações a todos. Good afternoon. After receiving friendly guests from the United States, and in conversation with them, we came to discover that they had known INn MURUS through the book of the famous American writer "Rick Steves." It was a good surprise for the INN MURUS team to be present in this travel guide about Portugal. Boa tarde. Partilhamos hoje convosco dois dos mais recentes comentários que os nossos hóspedes gentilmente nos escreveram. Da nossa parte estamos muito agradecidos e esperamos continuar a agradar a quem nos visita. Good afternoon. Today we share with you two of the most recent comments that our guests kindly wrote us. For our part we are very grateful and hope to continue to please those who visit us. " Excellent stay in old town Evora "Other than being a bit hard to find with a car, INn Murus was perfect in every way. The car problem was not insurmountable, as we parked and walked there. The owner was then kind enough to take us to our car and lead us to the parking convenient to the facility. This is the epitome of service! Our room was huge and nicely decorated with a immaculate large bathroom with an amazing spa shower. It was very quiet. We also had a lovely little terrace with a table and chairs where we enjoyed breakfast with coffee from a nearby bakery. They have no lift, but were willing to help us carry the luggage. The hotel is within walking distance of the entire old town area and many fine restaurants. I know there must be many nice hotels in this historic area, but we could not have been happier with our choice. I just wish we could have stayed longer." "Very hard to leave! It's hard to say what we liked most about our stay at Inn Murus - the wonderful hosts (João & Bruna) would probably be our highlight, but the Inn itself was so beautiful, with a tranquility and style that both pampered and made us feel very comfortable. Perhaps it was the Roman Wall embedded in the building, but it felt like we were really in the heart of Evora. The view of town and countryside from our balcony was astounding (see below), the only 'noise' the dawn chorus of the birds. Though there was no breakfast, we had access to their large kitchen which we even used for an evening meal (eaten on the rooftop overlooking the valley - at sunset with an excellent Alentejo wine ...) João & Bruna were SO helpful, finding out about tours and restaurants for us, sharing their extensive knowledge of the region. They truly want to make their guests happy - just lovely people.  Would have liked to stay longer! "
