De acordo com a legislação, quem não cumprir com o horário estabelecido pode ser multado entre os 200 euros e os 2000 euros. Se necessário, chame a polícia (PSP ou GNR) para que fixe um prazo para o término do ruído. As autoridades devem, ainda, avisar a Câmara Municipal da situação para que as multas possam ser aplicadas. OBRAS NO PRÉDIO Quem nunca acordou sobressaltado com o barulho quase ensurdecedor das obras no prédio onde vive? Nestes casos, é proibido fazer barulho entre as 20h00 e as 08h00 e aos sábados, domingos e feriados. Mas a legislação não se fica por aqui: a duração prevista das obras também deve ser afixada no prédio, bem como o período em que há maior ocorrência de ruído. Ainda assim, a legislação permite a realização de obras fora dos horários fixados em casos urgentes e que coloquem em risco a vida dos condóminos. Quem não cumprir com a legislação pode ser multado: Pessoas Singulares Entre 200 euros e os 2000 euros; Pessoas Coletivas Entre os 3000 euros e os 22.500 euros.
