Vincent Pol University in Lublin acts on the basis of the decision of The Ministry of Science and Higher Education from 12 July, 2000 allowing to start the activity. The Vincent Pol University in Lublin is registered at The Ministry of Science and Higher Education under the ordinal number 186.
Our University has been created for people who want to achieve their professional aims and develop their passions.
Vincent Pol University (VPU) is located in Lublin in eastern Poland, 170km south of Warsaw. Lublin is an historic city. It is popular with tourists and students alike, and is a great place to study.
VPU is a private university, with full accreditation from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. We were founded with the aim of enabling our students to achieve their professional aims and develop their passions.
We offer both full-time and part-time bachelors and masters degrees. Our academic staff are highly qualified teachers, fluent in English and experts in their fields. The University has modern buildings with specialist teaching rooms adapted to meet the needs of different classes such as physiotherapy, kinesiotherapy, cosmetology, biomechanics, massage, chemistry, tourism, hotel industry, gastronomy, geography and IT. There are also recreation rooms, including gymnasiums, fitness suites, a swimming pool, and studios for aerobics classes and other sporting activities. The student cafeteria is a popular meeting place for students. The University has a computer network with Wifi access for all students. Students can use the library resources (about 22 000 volumes). For maximum comfort and security some rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and CCTV.
VPU is increasing in popularity with international students, and we have a dedicated International Student Centre, that can help with applications, visas, and accommodation.
In 2010 the University founded the Academic Physiotherapy Centre, a modern clinic, to be used not only by our physiotherapy students but also by citizens of Lublin. The centre has the latest equipment for diagnostics and rehabilitation, and is contracted with the Polish National Health System. Due to the invaluable experience gained from practical classes in the education of future physiotherapists it is also a place where students do their clinical practice and where scientific research can be conducted.
Vincent Pol University is situated close the city centre, with easy access for students by public transport or by car. Lublin has many affordable restaurants, bars and leisure facilities, and our students enjoy evenings out in the historic and safe city centre. It is an ideal location for students from around the world, and we welcome you to VPU.
Our students have the possibility to study and rest in - "Zielona Szkoła" - The University’s Education and Recreational Center in Piotrawin next to the Vistula River. It is located about 60 kilometers from Lublin and about 15 kilometers from Kazimierz Dolny in the area of Wrzelowiecki Landscape Park. The Center can accommodate up to 50 people in comfortable conditions.
Vincent Pol University has the Extended Erasmus University Charter therefore students have the opportunity to study at a chosen foreign university as well as undergo a three-month internship in foreign companies, universities etc. Students can take part in a foreign exchange not only in EU countries but also in Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Turkey. Students enrolled on the Erasmus program receive funding in the form of a scholarship. It refers both to studies abroad and foreign vocational trainings. Studying abroad at our partner Universities allows our students to learn the specifics of different diseases and the methods of their treatment and the equipment used in other European countries.

W dn. 16.09.2016 reprezentacja naszej Uczelni w składzie Dorota Stefanek - Langham - Zastępca Kanclerza ds. Dydaktyki i Studiów Międzynarodowych, Monika Wróbel - Koordynator rekrutacji na studia anglojęzyczne, Przemysław Terejko - wykładowca, Geoffrey Notcutt - wykładowca, odwiedzili Kenya Utalii College. Podczas wizyty promowali studia w naszej Uczelni, ale także Polskę i region lubelski. Ponadto spotkali się z Dyrektorem KUC, z którym omawiali możliwości współpracy.

W bieżącym tygodniu delegacja naszej Uczelni wyjechała w ramach programu Erasmus+ do uczelni partnerskiej - Great Lakes University of Kisumu (Kenia). Podczas rozmów omawiana była strategia współpracy. Uczelnie omawiały swoj potencjał dydaktyczno - naukowy.

W dniu dzisiejszym mgr Monika Wróbel - koordynator rekrutacji na studia anglojęzyczne odwiedzała szkoły średnie w Nairobi (Kenia). Podczas wizyty promowała studia w naszej Uczelni, ale także Polskę i region lubelski. W szczegółach przekazywała informacje dot. możliwości jakie dają studia w WSSP.

W dn. 14.09.2016 reprezentanci naszej Uczelni spotkali się z Władzami i wykładowcami Mount Kenya University. W czasie spotkania zaprezentowane zostały obie Uczelnie. Ponadto podjęte zostały rozmowy o współpracy w ramach programów międzynarodowych i wspólnych projektów.

W bieżącym tygodniu Wyższą Szkołę Społeczno - Przyrodniczą im. Wincentego Pola w Lublinie odwiedzili szejkowie z Arabii Saudyjskiej Abdullah F. Alkraidees i Ahmed A. AlMugairin, których interesowały możliwości studiowania studentów z Arabii Saudyjskiej w naszej Uczelni. Gościom towarzyszył dr Marek Bardadyn. Podczas wizyty Panowie spotkali się z Władzami naszej Uczelni - Rektorem prof. dr hab. Witoldem Kłaczewskim, Kanclerzem - Założycielem doc. Henrykiem Stefankiem i Dorotą Stefanek - Langham - Zastępcą Kanclerza ds. Dydaktyki i Studiów Międzynarodowych. Goście zwiedzali naszą uczelnię, Akademickie Centrum Fizjoterapii, Cube, w którym nasi studenci mają zakwaterowanie. Podjął ich również Prezydent Miasta Lublin - dr Krzysztof Żuk. Ponadto zwiedzali Lublin, Kazimierz Dolny, a także spotkali się z Prezesem Uzdrowiska Nałęczów.
