Description
A people's organization founded by a fisherfolk community in Barangay Bunawan, Davao City, Philippines, 8000 AFDCI aims to facilitate fisherfolk empowerment indicated by the development of collective political will to take concrete action in defense of their basic life-support systems and the economic power to rise from their present state of deprivation by gaining the needed technological skills and sustainable livelihood development activities within which according to the principles and strategies of coastal and marine resource management.
