The Women's Optimun Development Foundation The Women’s Optimum Development Foundation (WODEF), a fully registered, non governmental, non-profit making organization was created to address social-cultural, political, health and labor constraints which have persistently militated against the optimum development of African women in general and Nigerian women in particular despite their undeniable contributions. WODEF therefore tackles these issues creatively, constructively and proactively, using all forms of media as well as training, workshops and research to, achieve its goals.
