God bless us! he fellowship started and was inaugurated in 1981 with twenty nine (29) members in attendance under the leadership of Bro. Tope Dada (now pastor Tope Dada) as the then president with Bro. Amos Akosile the then general secretary of the fellowship. The first registration name was C.A.C Student Association (CACSA) with Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo which took place on 2nd June, 1981 and the fellowship was going on smoothly.
In 1987, the leadership of the fellowship changed with Bro. Ige Sunday (now Pastor in London) as the President, Bro. Oladapo David (Now Pastor in Lagos) as general secretary, Sis. Oluyede Iyabo Cecilia as Prayer Secretary, Sis. Owoyemi Olanike (Now Lady Evangelist in Akure) as Bible Secretary and others.
Pastor Famuyide started Holy Communion Service with the fellowship that same year with qualified members according to Bible standard.
In 1988/89, due to crisis in our mother church, CAC worldwide that led to division in 1994 was no doubt a turning point in the fellowship history because that was the year the name of the fellowship changed from CAC Student Association to CAC Youth Fellowship that brought about crisis and division in the fellowship which was later taken care of by God the Almighty.
But there was much deliberations due to the crisis and through Bro. Rufus Olorunyemi (Now Pastor in USA). It was later resolved that the fellowship should be given a neutral name which happen to be “Christ Apostolic Church Campus Fellowship, CACCF” OSPO Chapter then.
