Words from Bro. Panam Percy. THERE IS HOPE FOR THE CHURCH EVEN IN THIS SEASON OF PERSECUTION & SEEMING HARDSHIP. I've heard from so many, & also read many articles concerning the plans of Islam & all their threats, but no one seems to go beyond that to tell us the plan of God for the church. Everyone seems to entertain a deep fear for now & the future. I wonder why? But as I waited on the Lord I keep hearing words of Hope. The Lord also revealed His victory strategies for the church. We've heard about the Church in Turkey & Europe generally & all these stories seem to convey is FEAR. But here is the Word of The Lord. "I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH AND THE GATES OF HELL SHALL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT". The Lord made me realise that we have hijacked the church from Him. It's no longer HIS church. We call ourselves PRESIDENT & FOUNDER, We refer to the church as MY CHURCH, & to the congregation as MY SHEEP, MY CHILDREN. As long as it is not the Lord's Church certainly the gates of hell will always prevail against it. This is what we must do: We the Senior Pastors & Bishops must deliberately repent & hand over the church to the owner. We must throw away all the titles that rob us of the presence of God. NONE OF US IS QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT & FOUNDER OF ANY CHURCH. We must resume our basic functions as APOSTLE. PROPHET. EVANGELIST. PASTOR & TEACHER. As simple as this may sound, it makes us to switch places with the Lord & give back to Him what was HIS in the beginning. Secondly, None of us owns any Ministry. It is the ministry of the HOLY SPIRIT. Thirdly, We must be Humble. Today most Ministers get highly offended when they are not introduced in certain ways & by certain titles. That's idolatry. Today the Shepherd is so far away from the sheep. We had more Power when we all called ourselves simply as BROTHER or SISTER. A strange spirit has overtaken us. We think of ourselves more highly than we ought. We fence ourselves from our members with very heavy security & bodygua

When a cultist renounces his membership, the cult members come after him so that he can return; But when a christian backslides, many other Christians sit back to laugh at his errors, scarcely will anyone pray for his return... Only in Christianity is a wounded soldier allowed to die... 👩🏿‍💼🤵🏿identify a weak soul today and help out. #shared as received

✉ MISSIONS PRAYER PROJECT for Friday 21st - 28th July, 2017 🇸🇳 FULANI, FULAKUNDA IN SENEGAL ▪ Population: 1,767,000 ▪ Christian: 0.80% ▪ Evangelical: 0.01% ▪ Largest Religion: Islam (99.20%) ▪ Main Language: Pulaar 🇸🇳 Introduction / History The Fulakunda are a sub-group of the Fulani (or Fula), a vast cluster of peoples living throughout central and western Africa. Most of the Fulani are nomadic herdsmen, and almost all are considered Muslim. They are separated and grouped according to language, location, and occupation. As the Fulani migrated southward to and through Guinea Bissau during the fifteenth century, some of them mixed with the Mandingo in the area. Those who intermarried with the Mandingo were considered "black" or preto. These Fulani became known as Fula Preto or Fulakunda. They speak Fulakunda (or Pulaar), which belongs to the West Atlantic branch of the Niger-Congo language family. The area they live in lies between Guinea Bissau, Guinea, and Gambia. They live among the Mandingo and Tukulor peoples in the forests of southern Senegal. 🇸🇳 What Are Their Lives Like? Although the Fulakunda have mixed cultures and are willing to intermarry with the other groups in the area, they still practice many of the customs and traditions of the "pure" Fulani. Their lives center around their herds of cattle or sheep. In fact, the more cattle one owns, the wealthier he is considered to be. In addition, some Fulakunda are hired as herdsmen for various kingdoms in the Sudan, just as their fathers were before them. Mixing agriculture with herding, the Fulakunda consume grains and milk as their staple foods. Meat is seldom eaten. Only during important formal events, such as the "naming ceremony" or at the birth of a first son, is beef consumed. Donkeys, chickens, and dogs are kept on their farms. They have a very hard time trying to grow food during the long rainy season.
