We are property developers and we pride ourselves in providing people with affordable homes in safe and attractive communities in Lagos, Nigeria. The company was incorporated in 2008 by promoters of the Co-operative Villas Estate - a community of about 750 homes in Badore, Lekki Peninsula, which has become a renowned estate in Lagos.
Since incorporation, the company has developed a significant project pipeline primarily on the back of a public private partnership agreement with the Lagos State Government to produce 10,000 homes over the next 4 years. In pursuance of this mandate, we have commenced construction in some of the locations and we are proud to introduce our on-going development along the Lekki corridor – CHOIS Gardens, Abijo GRA and CHOIS City Agbowa.
CHOIS Gardens, Abijo GRA is proposed to accommodate 1,000,000 units of mixed affordable housing with state of the art infrastructural amenities. The estate will comprise of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom bungalows, 4 bedroom semi-detached duplex, 4bedroom tastefully finished stand alone duplex, 3 bedroom terraces and 3 bedroom private access flats.
CHOIS City is proposed to accommodate 2 & 3 bedroom semi detached bungalows and 2& 3 bedroom terrace bungalows.
