Playing Away Your Destiny? Esther 1:9-19 .... If it pleases the king, let a royal decree go out from him, and let it be recorded in the laws of the Persians and the Medes, so that it will not be altered, that Vashti shall come no more before King Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal position to another who is better than she. The Bible says there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens. Therefore, there is time to PLAY and there is time to act WISELY. Queen Vashti played away her destiny when she was to be celebrated. She refused to honour the invitation of her husband, thinking that all days will always end the same way, forgetting that it is DANGEROUS to play when one is not supposed to. Take a look at Verse 11 of the bible text "bring Queen Vashti before the king, wearing her royal crown, in order to show her beauty to the people and the officials, for she was beautiful to behold. She was about to be honoured and celebrated but she missed it I pray for you, you will not miss out when you to be honoured IJN. You will not loose your position untimely for another person to occupy IJN DON'T PLAY AWAY YOUR DESTINY

Roll the STONE away John 11 For Lazarus to come back alive, Jesus commanded the the stone be rolled away. So many xtians have stones they need to roll away before the grace to fulfill destiny will be. released on them. Just like Jesus, I command the reader of this post to roll away the stone. Pride is a stone, unthankfulness is a stone, prayerlesness is a stone, drud addiction is a stone, malice is a stone, stealing is a stone, not praising God is a stone, etc. I say to you ROLL AWAY THE STONE and come alive today. JUST DO IT (JDI) JOHN 2:1-5 Are you finding it hard to obey the voice of God? It is not for you to know how it will end when you obey. Whatever He takes you through is for you to breakthrough (Jer. 29;11). God will not take you through what will kill you, He will not take you through what will destroy you and I trust Him, He will not take you through anything that will cause you to suffer any loss (John 10:10). JUST DO IT. There is peace in His purpose, there is peace in His declaration, there is peace in His will. Without obedience to God, nothing moves. YOU ARE BLESSED.

TRUSTING GOD’S STRATEGY IN TIME OF TRAGEDY 2 CHRONICLES 20:14-17 Trusting God simply means believing that loves you, He’s good and that He has the power to help you. Christians are called believers, but many times, we are more like unbelieving believers. We trust our friends, the bank, the stock market or the government more than we trust God and His Word. In John 15:5, Jesus says that apart from Him, we can do nothing. We need to lean on Him for help with everything in our lives. Sadly, a lot of people go to church, hear what they should do and then go home and try to do it on their own. They usually end up desperately telling God how hard they’re trying to do what they need to do, and they’re leaving Him out! I keep wondering why some Christians will still think that the “all-knowing” God is “stupid”. I wonder why so many Christians would rather do it their own way when God is actually speaking out loud and clear enough with a contrary opinion or strategies. Proverbs 3:5-6 says “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight”. Psalm 46:1 also says “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble”. In 2 Chron. 20 – Three nations/cities ganged up against Judah, fully armed with all sorts of weapons, fully determined to make a ruin of Judah. What tragedy could be greater than this for Jehoshaphat and his people. Yet God said to Jehoshaphat, “you will not need to fight, just go in the morning and take position, fold your harms and watch me have victory for you”. From human point of view, this sounds stupid but God CAN NEVER BE WRONG. Jehoshaphat knew what God was about to do, he decided to select some singers to praise God, Judah became a spectator in their own battle, a fans club of God, CHEERING up God to Victory. I can imagine them shouting UP UP JESUS, Up UP JESUS Let us consider the following accounts in the bible In 2 Kings 5 – Neman had pre-planned how his leprosy will be healed by prophet Elisha forgetting that the ways of man are not the ways of God. He became angry when he was told by Elisha to go and deep in River Jordan seven time. The miracle couldn’t have come using any other strategy except God’s. God is not stupid. In Joshua 6,– Joshua was confronted with the wall of Jericho as an hindrance to their promise land. He was confused. In the midst of his confusion, God told him what to do. Considering the size of the wall of Jericho, one would ordinarily say that “God must be kidding” when He says they should only go round the city wall and just make a loud shout. I tell you, no other instrument would have brought down the wall of Jericho except a loud halleluiah. Read Hebrew 11:30. God is not stupid. Other examples are found in the following accounts in the bible In 2 Kings 4:1-7– Elisha said to a Widow, lock yourself and your sons in a room a begin to pure oil from a little jah to as many as you can borrow. It sounds stupid, but God is not stupid. In Matthew 17 – Jesus said to his disciple, go to the River, get a fish, your first catch, open its mouth and bring money. This is unbelievable but God is not stupid In Judges 7 – Gideon had prepared mighty men of war but God said only 300 men will be enough for Him to have victory. God is not stupid At the marriage of Cana in Galilee, when they ran out of wine, the mother of Jesus said to His servants, WHATEVER HE TELLS YOU TO DO, JUST DO IT. Six water pots were there, Jesus told them to fill the pots with water, this sounds stupid, yet God is not stupid. In your tragedy, God’s STRATEGIES only will do the WONDERS. It takes the one who know what you are going THROUGH to give you a break-THROUGH. What are you passing through? JUST DO WHATEVER HE TELLS YOU TO DO. Only rely on His STRATEGY and your TRAGEDY will be over.

FAITH OR FATE Whatever you have accepted as your FATE will remain and continue to contend with your future until you apply the weapon of FAITH to fight it. Don't have FATE but FAITH.
