Omais Investment Nigeria Limited -- Civil Engineering Contractors, Real Estate Consultants, Letting and management, property developers, Building, and Sale Omais Homes is a member of Omais Investment Nigeria Limited which was incorporated in Nigeria in 1994 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990. Its Corporate Head Office is located at 10, Dokun Ogundipe Avenue, off Aina Eleko Street, Idi-Iroko, Maryland, Lagos.
Omais Homes was established in 2006 to bridge the gap that exists in the property market, especially for the middle class. Thus, we are positioned to develop and build exquisite homes at affordable prices for young company executives without jeopardizing their desire to live in central cities like Lagos.
With this in mind, we are poised to carve a niche for ourselves by helping to solve the property acquisition problems of the middle and upper classes in order to make their dream of owning delightful homes a reality.
While Omais International is structured to collaborate with Omais Investment on international business ventures, Omais Farms is engaged in mechanized farming in Oria in Edo State. The Farm with over 130,682 Hectares of land cultivates about 50 Hectares of Oil Palm Plantation and produces Palm Oil on a large scale for wide distribution.
In line with the initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Omais Farms is also engaged in large scale cassava farming.
