Description
African Initiative's mission is to be Africa leading source of independent but collaborative analysis, informed debate, influential ideas on Human Devt. Three major areas of research and intervention for this Initiative are Youth roles in eradicating ; Policy Defects, Hunger and Wars in African Society. AI programmes are designed to reflect the overall need for an "African solution" to the problems of Hunger, Insurgencies caused predominantly by lack of proper leadership skills by policy makers. With a growing population and over 45% average Youth population, there is a need for a proper attention at youth development to stymie current unrests in the region within this generation.
