From Glory to Glory greetings in Jesus' name. I believe every one of us must have had definite encounters with the Holy Ghost in the course of the month of August 2016, and because whatever God does shall be forever, may our diverse encounters and experiences remain with us forever. Amen. But what is God saying concerning this new month of September? All through scriptures, we see God leading His people to where their blessings were. Examples here include: ☑ Abraham, who was guided to where his breakthrough was waiting. ☑ Elijah was led to where he was being fed by ravens at the brook called Cherith. ☑ He was further guided to the widow of Zarephath, where the widow and her household enjoyed supernatural supplies all through the remaining days of the famine. Furthermore, when we follow the leading of the Spirit, we cannot be stranded in any area of our life. The truth is that, only those who are actively guided by the Spirit of God can really manifest as sons of God and this is why the more sensitive we are to divine directives, the more glorious our adventure becomes – Rom. 8:14 Therefore, we should all expect to be divinely guided to where our quantum-leap orders of blessings are waiting this month – Deut. 32:12-14 However, we must recognize that: » Every step we take is either taking us closer or farther from our glorious destiny in Christ - Pro. 3:5-7 » Every decision we make is either taking us up or bringing us down – Jer. 2:14-17 » Every move we make is either helping or hurting our destiny – Ps. 32:8-10 The reason is because, when we miss out of divine direction, we are robbed and spoiled -Isaiah 42:22-24/ Pro. 14:12 Therefore, all through this month, we shall be exploring the power of divine guidance in accessing our next realms of glory – Is. 45:1-3 In the light of the above, the Prophetic Focus for the month of September 2016 is: I HAVE A GLORIOUS DESTINY - Deut. 32:9-13 Recommended books of the month authored by Bishop David Oyedepo include: ✓ Understanding Vision ✓ Understanding Divine Direction ✓ In Pursuit of Vision Those authored by by Kenneth E. "HOW JESUS RESCUED ME FROM DESTRUCTION & RAISED MY CHILD BACK TO LIFE"--- Mrs. N. Samson “Prior to delivery, when I was heavily pregnant, Papa said we should come to church with a soul. Although, I was seriously in pain and had to hold unto something, I stood up and was motivated by the testimony of the woman that had elephantiasis. She was on the road for God and was healed. I went out and was able to bring four souls to church on Sunday. My mother in-law kept calling that there were prophecies from different pastors that there were forces waiting for me on the day of delivery. I wasn’t moved and I knew that Papa already declared during Shiloh that all expectant mothers were going to have safe deliveries. I didn’t panic and I told her mummy I’m going to have a safe delivery. I was booked for Caesarian section. On my way to the hospital, my first daughter started crying and my mother in-law would read meaning to it. I began assuring her that I was going to come back in peace. During the surgery when they were bringing out the baby, I planned I was going to sing praises and pray throughout. All of a sudden, I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t talk. The person monitoring me noticed this and put oxygen in my nose, but it didn’t work. Then I told myself that even if I can’t talk I’ll pray from within. However, I anointed myself before going to the theater and tied a mantle on my head. All of a sudden, I started breathing again. I give God all the glory. After the delivery, I noticed that my daughter’s eyes were yellow, I took her back to the hospital to be checked and they ran series of test. The test really scared them and they said she had to be admitted. I didn’t shake; I knew God was with me. They wanted to set a line on her hand. The doctors kept flushing and flushing. And it was painful. I noticed that her eyes kept a gaze and was foaming as she rolled her eyes up and I saw her give up right in my arms as I carried her. At first I panicked and shouted my baby, my baby, my baby. All of a sudden I heard in my head “if you cry she’s gone, if you cry she’s gone.” I stood up and said father I thank you because I would not cast my young. A woman came to me to calm me down. I told her not to touch me that my daughter was only sleeping. I said Opemipo rise up in the name of Jesus. She was gone for over 5 minutes but sneezed and started crying.
