Vanaf april hebben we iedere dinsdagochtend van 08:35 uur tot 09:30 uur een nieuwe groepsles: ZumbaGold! Dezelfde workout als Zumba Fitness maar nu voor beginners en actieve ouderen. Zumba Gold is een programma dat speciaal ontwikkeld is om de beginselen van het internationale dans- en fitness Total body workout programma Zumba onder de knie te krijgen. Het is ontwikkeld voor beginners, actieve ouderen en alle andere. Starting in April we are hosting a new studio class, each Tuesday morning from 08:35 until 09:30 and it is called ZumbaGold! Moves designed for beginners and active older adults or those looking for a low-impact total body workout. Reach the largest growing segment of the population, and learn how to effectively address their unique anatomical, physiological and psychological needs.

Op donderdag 29 maart is het zwembad in de ochtend gesloten in verband met onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Vanaf 12.00 uur is het zwembad geopend. Due to maintenance work the pool is closed on the 29th of March. The pool will open that day on 12.00 o’clock

Ook tijdens de paasdagen kan er gesport worden!

Wij hebben een gedeelte van de parkeerplaats afgezet uit oogpunt van veiligheid. Er zijn een tweetal dakplaten losgeraakt. Momenteel onderzoeken wij de beste methode om dit te laten repareren. In case of safety we closed a part of the parking place. The reason is the two roof sheets that came off. We are currently investigating the best method to repair this.

Nog even en we kunnen weer buiten tennissen. We streven ernaar om de buiten banen uiterlijk 6 april weer open te stellen. From the 6th of April we can use the outside tennis courts again.
