By providing training, coaching and consultancy in direct communication skills Running my company I support individuals and organisations in communicating their true value to others (e.g. clients). Focussing always on both acknowledging and responding to the 'other's' needs and wishes.
By providing training, coaching and consultancy I develop the skills, knowledge and understanding and motivation of my clients. Every kind of support I deliver is related to, and developed according to my own validated approach named Perception Engineering.
Having multiple years of retail sales experience, a thorough understanding of direct communication and a drive to make people communicate actively and consciously, I enable clients to do so in all sorts of situations.
I am specialised in improving verbal and nonverbal communication between people. I call this Direct Communication and involves aspects like Public Speaking, Presenting, Training and (Retail) Sales.
