The concept involves a total shift of approach towards training, where the limits and the mental obstacles are eliminated through coaching sessions in order to achieve the best performance together with the most refined trainings schedule and nutrition patterns. Be Your Super Hero concept includes a new mindset where the athlete develops a diverse set of skills (e.g. condition, strenght, resilience, speed, flexibility..). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today while swimming in open water in the area of Kape Beach, one of the best beaches in Greece, I had the chance to push myself over the limit.. 🎯😅often it is good to destroy that fake limit our mind sets for us.. our body is capable of much more we can believe.. 💪🏻🌊🇬🇷 the results? You feel stronger, you manage to tone your mind and sets you to a higher level 😅😃 I am looking forward to the next Triathlon in Cologne.. I will do my best.. ⭐️ meanwhile I send a lot of regards to all the friends and athlete participating in the Ironman in Maastricht ! Well done Superheros ✅🎯🔝
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It has been an amazing journey.. 2017 training sessions were great so far.. I started the "Be Your Superhero" plan in January and the results are amazing after 6 months.. -12kg fat, -13cm waist, 10% body fat, gaining muscle and improved condition up to an Olympic Triathlon.. 💪🏻🔝⭐️ they say great bodies are build in winter and it is true.. now it is time to relax and keep training with less intensity.. 😅🎯✅ in the beginning of September @just_maiky and I will organize "Be Your SuperHero" bootcamps.. 💪🏻because we know that is when the motivation drops and we will support you on that 👍🏻😉 stay motivated stay Superhero
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1 km swimming + 45 km cycling + 10 km running and the result is this face 😂😱😆😅😅😅 The summer season has officially started for me.. but the trainings will go ahead.. it is what I like and how I like to relax ☺️💪🏻😉 ☀️I hope you all can enjoy an amazing summer break
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And what if once you get started you can't stop? Yes, it is true.. once you get into the loop of training and eating clean you can't get rid of it so easily.. 👍🏻😊 and I know you are now wondering:"How do I get into this loop then?"😅 Many research shows that to form a new habit you might take 20 to max 60 days.. WoW! Really? 🔝It means you need to fight with yourself for the first 3 weeks and then it will be much much easier.. to go out for a run or get in the gym.. or eat your Clean dinner according to your goal 😊how do you fight in those 20-60 days ? This is indeed what we will explore in our next posts together with @just_maiky and the new training & coaching concept we are about to lunch "Be Your Super Hero" 😊🎯🙏🏻 stay tuned..
