LN2 is a young company which makes ice cream with Liquid nitrogen. About the company LN2ICE
LN2ICE is a young company which was founded in 2013. They idea started as a school project but after its great success it was time to set it up as a company. After a few months in the ice cream business I figured out that the company needs to change the way we think about ice cream. LN2ICE will make organic, healthy and natural ice cream instead of unhealthy, chemical and prosiest ice cream.
About the ice cream from LN2ICE
LN2ICE has probably the best ice cream you ever had. This is because the ice cream is frozen with liquid nitrogen (LN2) which is -196 degree Celsius du the fact that it is that cold it freezes in minutes instead of hours. The fast freezing brings another great feature and that is that the ice crystals are so small that you can not taste them and it gives the ice a creamy and “fluffy” texture. The second reason why LN2ICE probably has the best ice cream is because it is made of fresh and organic fruits, vegetables and organic milk. No artificial colors, No artificial flavors and No food supplements.
About Ids Terpstra, Owner and Founder
I am Ids Terpstra owner and founder of LN2ICE. I am 22 years young and lived parts of my life in the Netherlands, Germany and America. I am in love with healthy food but also a big fan of ice cream. I took several courses “how to make ice cream” and I am now a official ice cream maker. I have studied IT but because my interests are cooking I went back to school to become a cook.

Iedereen enorm bedankt voor dit mooie festival seizoen!! Ik heb deze zomer erg veel geleerd en heb behaald wat ik wou "Heerlijk ijs maken"! Nu ik weet hoe ik lekker ijs maak komt de tweede stap en dat is het verkopen van dit mooie product. Ik kom volgende jaar met een nieuw concept voor het ijs en daar heb ik een nieuwe foodtruck voor(Foto's volgen nog). Maar dat betekent dat ik deze unieke/handige/mooie aanhangwagen te koop aanbied. Dus heb jij zelf altijd zitten dromen over een food truck of ken je iemand dan deel dit berichtje.
