Today, Rosan graduated with a beautiful 8.5! In line with her passion for heritage, she graduated on the topic of reduction of the complexity of heritage re-use processes. Although she is now officially allowed to leave the university, she will still be part of the organisation of the BOSS Study Trip this summer. Last year, Marissa organised a successful edition of the RECD together with her committee, and today she graduated with a 7.5! With her research about Innovation District Development in Dutch practice, she is very well prepared to start working at Port of Rotterdam, the company where she also did her graduation internship. With an impressive presentation about Blockchain, Bart Gout, a member of BOSS board 14-15, concluded today his master Real Estate and Housing! According to his supervisors, his 'smooth' presentation was a bit too formal, but his research was nothing less worth than beautiful 8.5! With this research topic, a new perspective for his future career started, he will leave the real estate world for what it is and found a wonderful job at NIBC! Today Sarah Heemskerk graduated Cum Laude with an 8.5. As we might not have expected, Sarah wasn't born as a leader. While being a project leader during the Management game in the bachelor, she had difficulties with managing a 65-year-old man. Since then Sarah had an interest in the different kinds of leadership styles. She integrated this interest in her graduation thesis, in which she compared leadership styles within different types of contracts. Although her scientific conclusions might not be as significant as she wished for, her personal conclusion was straightforward: She is a goal-oriented Trump like project manager!
