What the Fiets?
Description
What the Fiets? is a group of student volunteers working to promote bicycle sustainability. Fixing your own bike helps your bike stay alive, reduces maintenance expense and waste, and encourages local bike shops to keep reasonable prices. And we want to help you do it! So rather than fix your bike for you or direct you to the nearest bike repair shop, we teach and advise you so that you can fix it yourself!
We maintain a (nearly) fully equipped workshop and our helpful volunteers are always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Bike repair workshops, teaching a specific repair skill, are typically held on a monthly basis though you are always free to stop by to ask a question or say hello.
Come share your bike stories, ask for advice, and keep up to date on awesome fiets-related events in and around your community!
