This is my garden or shamba in Swahili. This is where I grow and cook tasty and healthy food, where I experiment, have conversations, laugh and share.
Coming from different culture and back ground, traveling different part of the world, I have learned a great deal about food. I have leaned how to grow, store or reserve it, cook it and eat it consciously. I believe in good food just like someone believe in any religion.. We are what we eat.. so ladies and gentlemen let us not underestimate or take for granted what we eat. Because what we eat will haunt us one day...please take care of everything you put on your mouth... love yourself..
