The taste of REAL Mex-Mex cuisine! Los Pilones was founded by three Mexican brothers who settled in Amsterdam in 2001. Their concept was to bring the real taste of traditional Mex-Mex cuisine to Holland, using the best ingredients imported from Mexico, such as their own salsas, chillis and tequila. After 10 years, Los Pilones' three restaurants have all developed into bright and bustling local hot-spots, attracting tourists and visitors from all over the world. Our customers come from far and wide to experience the real taste of Mexico and to marvel at the extensive range of tequila (More than 185 different varieties!)
