It is situated in a quiet area with many shops (Albert Heijn, Lidl, Dirk, Jumbo) as well as organic supermarkets and restaurants nearby (Surinameplein, Overtoom and Postjesweg). It is near the A10 motorway and Lelylaan Station. Other public transport (tram 1, 17 and bus 15) is within easy reach and within the few minutes you can find yourself in city center of Amsterdam or in Amsterdam Zuid business area. Through staircase or elevator you can get to the apartment which is located at the 3rd floor. In the bright lounge area you will find 50 inch smart TV, wireless speakers and very large leather sofa which can be turned into the bed if needed. Simetic (best german quality) kitchen is fully equipped with latest Simens equipment including extra large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob with extractor fan and spacious dining area. Through sliding doors you reach the spacious balcony (facing east) with sofa, table and chairs. Here it is lovely to stay, especially in the mornings to enjoy the sun and breakfast outside. The first bedroom has a decent size and has a double bed and small wardrobe. The second bedroom is also well established. The luxury bathroom has a bath, walk in shower and large sink with two taps. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom. In the hall you will find also a separate toilet with wash basin. Also, there is separate storage room in the apartment which has 12kg washer and dryer in it and space for your personal things. Last but not least there is walk in closet with large wardrobes builded in. The apartment has also a storage room and private parking in the garage. This tastefully furnished and luxurious apartment is available for a period of 12 to 36 months. It is definitely worth a visit!

TREATING CHAPPED LIPS Dry and flaky lips are so annoying and near impossible to avoid during these cold months. The only thing us girls can really do to prevent them it is to keep them moisturised at all times and, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but using Vaseline alone won't help. Vaseline is great at locking in moisture, however I've never rated it for hydrating lips or injecting them with moisture. There are a million other lip oils or balms that are better, trust me.
