After working with adolescence problems, eating disorders, family and couple therapy, and after collaborating with two university research projects in psychology, I moved to Spain where I opened my clinic. Then I worked with different clinics using all my professional skills.
My work as psychologist is systemic, and as holistic therapist is transpersonal. This means that in my way of promoting health and wellness I work on different aspects of the person's life: psychological, physical, social, spiritual etc...
As a serious professional in health and wellness I believe my work is completed by other professionals, specialized in different aspects of health and life, and I'm looking forward to creating a therapeutic net and building interdisciplinary collaborations as I'm doing in AyurVida Ibiza en Fisioquiros right now.
I use official science and alternative science as one. It's my way of seeing my work.
Therapy is a word that comes from a health-disease contrast, and I prefer to think about my work as a coach using his skills not to “normalize” people, but to help them find their unique way.
An aware person, ready to heal and find his own way of living life, and solving his problems in the process, is someone who doesn't close himself to official science or alternative one, and uses what works of both worlds using experience of different professionals.

There's not a perfect and absolute solution, every therapeutic work should be always completed by different perspectives.
