Well what a week we've had. It was so nice to be back in the pool. The progression we seen through group and 121/2-2-1 lessons was incredable. All the children were amazing and worked so hard, overcome fears - surprising even themselves. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic team of teachers and lifeguards for who it's been a long week and are probably shrivelled up into little prunes now hehe. The new changing rooms are lovely. A great week all in all. Thank you children, parents and teachers/lifeguards and Ballakermeen. We are looking forward to resuming regular lessons on Tuesday:-)

We are very much looking forward to having lots of new starters on our crash course next week. It's a big moment starting swimming lessons not just for the children but mum's and dad's too. Our incredible teachers will help make it as enjoyable and relaxed for all involved. 😁 🏊‍♂️🦈

Practice does NOT make perfect. Practice makes PERMANENT. PERFECT PRACTICE makes PERFECTION PERMANENT Does your child need to improve their technique? Or maybe you're fed up of seeing them ploughing up and down the pool with a sloppy/ ineffective stroke. Practice habits lead to meet performances, either good or bad. Silver Sharks have sessions to sharpen technique. Tuesday 5.30- 6.30pm Friday 4pm - 6pm. (30 minute sessions) Highly qualified and experienced ASA teachers with various sport science and competitive backgrounds. PM now to help them unleash their inner shark!! Remember practice makes permanent.
