So i wouldnt usually put something like this up but iv suffered with anxiety and depression since i was about 16 years old. Its definitely the most debilitating condition to have as it controls every aspect of your life and makes the easy tasks seem impossible. Luckily for me iv been blessed with the support of my family and close friends who have really helped me see the bigger picture and help me overcome my anxiety. It has been a tough and bumpy road with many setbacks but slow and steady always wins the race. One thing i struggled with is trying to hide it from the outside world but today i decided i dont give a f**k anymore what peeps think! Its so ok to not be ok but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel no matter how bad it may seem! Today i got this tattoo to remind me of the journey i have been on so far and to motivate me for whatever may be coming my way! I am in loooovvee with it and its defo up there with the most meaningful ones that i have! And i guess it...
