Monday tomorrow start of a new week and here are our training times 9:30am: green route and red route training sessions suitable for people with all fitness levels. 5pm: green route and red route training sessions suitable for people with all fitness levels. 6pm: green route and red route training sessions suitable for people with all fitness levels. 7pm: green route and red route training sessions suitable for people with all fitness levels. 8pm: couch to fitness training session suitable for people with low fitness levels. Green Route = TRX Training suitable for all levels , including our people with injuries referred to us by their physios. Red Route = A mixture of all functional training movements suitable for people with a good level of fitness. Couch To Fitness = A mixture of all functional training movements suitable for people with low fitness levels including some light running for those who are interested.
