Each class starts & finishes with five minutes of pranayama.

We then transition to the asana, which offers a wide array of movements to explore.

I teach yoga classes that are inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa flow style.

In November 2014, I travelled to Goa, India to study a week long intensive Ashtanga Yinyasa flow intensive  course. It was a great experience and I implemented much of this into my yoga practice.
