We'll be participating in the Bus Bia tour on Saturday as part of the West Waterford Festival of Food. Travel the scenic route of the historic copper mines, a Unesco World Heritage site, stopping en route for a tour of Dunhill Eco Park (with us) and the Food Hub (to get some nibbles). Continue your journey to the Geopark centre where light lunch will be served. Book your ticket below.

Passover Meal | Sebastian Maniscalco: Aren't You Embarrassed
Have any of you experienced a Passover meal? About 10 years ago to this day I arrived at Dvir's mother's house starving, waiting for the usual massive spread but instead got a few celery leaves and lemon juice until the meal finally came out about 2 hours later! No gefilta fish in Dvir's family though! Chag sameach to anyone celebrating this evening.
