Felt a viral infection coming on yesterday ....cant have that...so luckily I am able to do some acupuncture on my self to help clear and move on the symptoms of burning throat and chest with the shivers. Symptoms came on again in the evening so a repeat session and John used some amazing amino frequency discs over tender spots and reflex/ acupunture point areas to boost my immune system and this morning no burning throat or chest tightness! just feel a little head cold which will have to run its course naturally.
