What a fantastic day we had with our Ecce children today. We went to Sandy Feet Farm and it was absolutely brilliant. We had so much fun meeting all the different animals, driving around on the go carts & all the fun in the playground...and it goes without saying the trip on the tractor and trailer around the farm was the perfect treat! We'll definitely be back again we would highly recommend it!

Crèche Manager- Maternity Cover Campus Kids crèche is looking for an experienced crèche Manager to work in a busy crèche. This is a Maternity Cover to start in May/June 2018 until Jan/Feb 2019. Main Responsibilities: • To ensure the effective daily management of the Childcare Service in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of the Service, the Childcare (Pre School Services) Regulations 2016, any other relevant legislation, good practice requirements and be accountable to the Board of Directors. • To ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Service. • To ensure a dynamic curriculum is delivered to meet the individual needs of children attending the service. • To Support & Supervise the Staff Team. • To Support and Interact with families using the Service. • To monitor and ensure that all agreed quality and safety standards are maintained in the Service at all time • To monitor day to day administrative and financial operations within the childcare service • The Adherence to all Policies and Procedures Successful applicants must have the following: • Hold a minimum Fetac Level 6 or equivalent Childcare qualification • Hold an up to date First Aid qualification, Manual Handling and Child Protection Cert or have training booked for the above. • Reliable and flexible on short notice • Great personal and interactive skills • Excellent communication skills • Enthusiasm for the position • An ability to use their initiative, be friendly and work as part of a team • An efficient/professional approach Two- three years’ experience with Managerial experience is essential. Just to remind all parents we are having Pyjama Day tomorrow. Any donations we receive will go towards Cian Lenihan's Fund. As a lot of you know he was recently diagnosed with Leukaemia. We call him our "Little Warrior". The money we make will be greatly received by his family. We would like to thank you all for your support so far.

We hope everyone enjoyed the snow 🌨 I am sure all the little ones will have some lovely stories for us tomorrow. The centre has been checked and we will be back to normal in the morning. See you all then 😁

With the current weather warning in place Campus kids will be closed tomorrow Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd March due to the status RED weather warning. A Parent from the centre has organised a coffee morning to help raise funds for cian's family. If anyone is around please pop in. Hopefully we will see ye there.

Tomorrow we are organising a Superhero and Princess fundraiser event for our little boy Cian. As a lot of you already know he was diagnosed with leukaemia recently. He is receiving treatment in Crumlin and we are wishing him a speedy recovery. Tomorrow all staff and children will dress up. We will have a collection box in our reception area and we will also be in the college collecting. Anything you donate will be greatly appreciated and will help Cian's family during this tough time.
