(Bootcamp, Personal Training, Weight loss Specialist)  I am a qualified fitness instructor, Personal trainer and nutritional advisor. I run Bootcamps between Borrisokane and killimor which are suitable for all fitness levels.

I'm delighted to announce that tomorrow night we will be running Borrisokane Bootcamp in aid of the LauraLynn Foundation. For anyone that doesn’t know it LauraLynn are Ireland's Children's Hospice that care for children with life limiting conditions. All levels are more than welcome as it'll be a great workout with a bit of fun 😊 the class will run at 8PM and however much you wish to donate will be sent in full to the foundation. This is our 8th time to run this home workout programme and I feel this time is going to be the best yet with a whole new format and way in which we do the plan. Workouts of course will range from HIIT, Legs, Arms & Abs with flexibility work to be done weekly also. Over the programme I really want to address why you have failed up to now, what holds you back and how is it possible for you to stay on track with your food and training. Every week I’ll also be in the kitchen showing you how you can make your very own “Saturday night Fake-away” which is new to the programme... but I felt it would be a total injustice not to be added 😊 Each time we do this we always have a main goal in and mind and this time being so close to Christmas I want it all to be about losing inches, like as much as possible. All the fun aside this is something I want you to take very serious. I'm looking to make a difference and I'm not going to waste your time or my own time with people who are not motivated and willing to work. ✳️CHRISTMAS BODY MAKEOVER✳️ HOW THE PLAN WILL WORK: 1. You will be given 4 workouts per week. Workouts must be done and logged in (I will explain how once signed up). If not logged in, workouts are not done meaning you could be discarded from the group if you don't have a genuine excuse. This is not harsh, this is just that little extra push you've never had before. Ask any of the previous group, it works. 2. There will be 4 variations to each workout. I will discuss with you over the phone which is best for you. 3. One of these variations will be a BARE BEGINNER routine. This is for anybody that struggles to do most of the movements. Other variants are as follows: BARE BEGINNER BRAVE BEGINNER INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED FULL BLOWN LUNATIC 4. I will call you at the start to discuss you and your plan. I will also be in contact with you throughout the 6 weeks through phone or text to both motivate, keep you going and to answer any of your questions. 5. Also everybody will be prescribed a simple and easy nutrition plan full of normal easy to make foods. All of this guys is just €15/week with a promise that if you give it your all and your still not happy with the end results I'll 100% refund you. So what do you get?? What you get guys is a promise from me to take you to a place where you don't just look way better but you feel way better. Just one rule: If I feel your not giving it absolutely everything with no excuses you'll be let go from the group. With just over 12 weeks to Xmas everyone I’d like to share our group personal sessions programme. Small groups consisting of 3-4 people with similar goals and fitness levels. Groups will range from bare beginners to advanced, male groups to female groups. Get lean/strong groups to drop a dress size groups. Each group will train twice a week in what will be a 6 week programme in gym located in between Birr and Portumna and 25 minutes from Nenagh Before you start you’ll be given a personalised nutrition plan and the food you are eating will be monitored through out the programme. The cost of the 6 weeks is €180. Our goal is one thing and that is results and we want to make results a reality for everybody. The last time we did this guys we had over 2,000 souls getting involved there from all parts of the world. Since then we've being doing private groups just taking 50 people at a time with it continuing to be a massive success. Now I want open up the group again to absolutely everybody and I want to get as many people involved as possible so again I'm going to do it completely for FREE!!!! So what's involved in this 6 week challenge I hear you say: The 6 week challenge will include 4 workouts a week where each workout only taking at most 30 minutes and can be done from your own home. With each workout there will be 4 levels ⬇️ 1️⃣ BARE BEGINNER 2️⃣ BRAVE BEGINNER 3️⃣ INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED 4️⃣ LUNATIC so it should be suitable for everyone. I'll also be posting a simple nutrition plan to suit everybody, motivational tips and pretty much anything I feel that will help you reach a place you never thought possible. All of this will be done through the the group below and all you have to do is just join it so tick below ⬇️⬇️⬇️. Don't judge a book by its cover they say... But in these cases you can.. The most important thing in the industry I work in is results, I'll go so far in to say I'm obsessed to get people in the absolute best shape possible in the time I'm giving. But how do you get these kinds of results?? Did they live in a hole where they do nothing but count grams of protein and train everyday? Ahh no, for most people this won't work because it's just not sustainable. What the average person needs is⬇️ Consistency, Good Habits, Drive & Patience. Consistent at whatever you do, it could be very simple thing like training twice a week and eating just good food. The main idea is you stick to the programme. Our daily habits can make us or break us. Be it good or bad we all have habits. For example Mary eats a sugary treat every night at 9 for 30 days straight... Day 31 what does she want at 9 o'clock???...Mary wants her fix!! Make it that get rid of your bad habits while working in as much good habits as possible. (On average it takes 21 days to create a habit) Your also going to need drive, I know you might hate squats and broccoli. But your going to have to step outside your comfort zone to get those results. There's going to come a time where you want to give in, you want to give up. You have to have that bit of bite to say "no, not this time" Trust the process and have patience. Don't give yourself targets that aren't achievable where you aim too high. Make a plan that you know you'll have no excuse to fail on. Keep it very simple guys, I know all the above sounds super complicated but it's not. This Friday is September 1st, I always say you can change your life and your body in just 6 weeks. MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
