Templetuohy Farm Fresh Foods produces a range of meat products in their Bord Bia  Approved factory at Ballytarsna,Horse&jockey, Cashel ,Co.Tipperary,  Templetuohy Foods- The story so far

Started in Lisdaleen ,Templetuohy ,Thurles, The Company was set up by Kevin&Miriam Everard in 1993. In 2014 We moved to a much larger premises in Ballytarsna,Horse&jockey,Cashel.In june 2015 We completed Our new production facility in Ballytarsna.The Company has grown from a very small beginning ,To become one of the biggest food distributors in Ireland with 26 Employees.
We supply Supermarkets, Butchers, Deili’s , Restauraunt’s, Hotels and Take away’s,  With a vast range of products , that include all types of meat, fish, confectionery,pastries,deserts,French breads,ice cream, potatoe products,cooking wines,oil  sauces and Our own Templetuohy Farm Fresh Retail range.
Our Production facility Produces Our Templetuohy Farm Fresh range. This plant Approved to meet the Bord Bia processor standard and EU regulation 582/583/254. We are regulated by a Veterinary Inspecterative appointed by the FSAI. These inspections are regular and un announced .
In august 2011 We were awarded the Bord Bia Quality assurance mark for Beef, Chicken, Lamb ,and Pork. We are presently the only processor attaining the standard for all four species. Under this scheme We can only source Product from Bord Bia Quality Assured  Irish Farms. Regular inspections and audits are carried out by an Bord Bia.

Chicken;Our Chicken is exclusively produced by Carton Bros.(Manor Farm) in Co.Cavan.  All this Chicken Certified Bord Bia Quality Asuared Irish Chicken. In 2011 Templetuohy Foods sold almost 700,000 Irish Chickens,
Beef and lamb; Our Quality Assured Beef and Lamb is supplied by Dawn Meats , and we aslo purchase Beef and Lamb from local abattoir , Tynan meats from Johnstown ,Co Kilkenny.
Pork and Bacon; Our Pork and Bacon is exclusively supplied by Rosderra irish meats from Roscrea .All this product is Bord Bia  Quality assured Irish Product.
  Our sausages are Produced by loughnane’s of Galway and we are Agents for Una O Dwyer’s artisan produced sausages and speciality Sausages and puddings. We now produce Our own rashers.
