Cardio and core is a 50 minute routine we will take you through a warm up, a HIIT workout, a short core workout, and then a relaxing stretch & cool down to cover every aspect of a comprehensive workout. ... With this entire routine you can average anywhere from 500- 800 in calories per class ... This class will start next Monday - Details to follow .

Pilates, he named his method “Contrology” meaning the “science of Control” I teach Pilates classes at a medium pace and as you get stronger and gain experience classes can be extremely tough and sometimes even fast paced. The benefits of Pilates can be appreciated. A true overall body workout. “Pilates and Weight Loss” We love to do things that help us with weight loss. Every little bit counts. You will burn more and more calories during and after a Pilates class the stronger you become . Classes Timetable will be launched today and available for booking.
As 2017 is just finishing and 2018 starts tomorrow, It's been so great to have worked out with you this year . For 2018 , it's about setting higher standards not setting New Years resolutions. New Class Timetable, Start dates , information & bookings will be available from tomorrow, Monday 1-1-2018 @ 7pm. Classes will be limited and class sizes will be limited .
