The Residents' Committee have noticed that dumping of garden waste is continuing as highlighted below. Please note that it is illegal to dump garden waste and could result in an on the spot fine of €150 up to €3,000. Please use your brown bins or bring to a composting Centre such as Greenking in Sandyford (www.greenking.ie)

All, It is with deep regret that I inform you that Andy Gibbons' communcal area was vandalised last night and a sign erected by someone with "No Dumping" written on it. Andy is deeply upset, as are the Committee, and have informed the Gardai. If anyone witnessed any activity between 8pm and 10.30pm last night please can they inform one of the Committee Members. A group of us have agreed to meet at 4pm, with gardening gloves, to clean up the mess created by this vandal in a sign of solidarity. Andy has cared for this communal space for a vast number of years and has indicated that this is the last straw and will no longer care for it in the future as a result. We would be grateful if any resident's are free at 4pm tomorrow to help clean up the affected area and restore it to the beauty that we can all continue to enjoy thanks to Andy's efforts. Clean-Up Day 2017

Our annual clean up day will take place on 8th April. Resident's are asked to meet-up at 2.30pm but can start earlier if this time doesn't suit them. Refuse sacks & gloves are available from houses 3, 17, 21, 23, 24, 81. Household & Garden waste will not be collected.

Easter Egg Hunt

Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Easter Saturday on the Lower Green next to House No. 1.
