Ballina Athletic Club
Ballina Athletic Club kicked off their SSE Airtricity Dublin Marathon programme last night with the first workout of the 15 week build-up. The club has almost 40 athletes gearing up for the race on October 30th. Next week see's us kick off with the first of the workshops taking place as part of the programme. If you're in the Ballina/North Mayo area and looking for some training buddies for DCM, make sure to get in touch with the club.
