Well done Samantha Queenofshoes Godfrey!!! Huge progress with a 50kg Back Squat x8 reps at Ryano's Fitness Club. We've been really focusing on Sam's hip mobility and strengthening her core to counteract what use to be a serious anterior pelvic tilt issue. Keeping her heels elevated with small plates also helps with keeping a more upright position. So proud of you Sam!!! All the hard work is paying off, and you're looking fantastic 😉💪💪

Hey Guys!! Here's a demo video of a Barbell Complex I put together at Ryano's Fitness Club, thanks to the camera work by Stephen Ryan. It's a great way burn fat and put some muscle on. Depending on the weights and the set/rep range, you can use it for a warm up or a hard anaerobic (muscle building) session. A Barbell Complex is a series of exercises that you go through without letting go of the bar. I used 50kg, but you'd want to start out at a comfortable weight till you get use to the intensity. It's a great exercise to increase your upper and lower body mobility as well as your strength. Be sure to start off quite light using a PVC pipe or broom stick, till you feel comfortable.
