Open Water Swim Camp caters for all levels of swimmer to improve in the Open Water. Book a camp today on www.openwaterswimcamp.ie The philosophy for the camps is simple. Reduce fear, increase confidence and improve in the open water.

In all my years competing, I saw nervous individuals in the water only to see them cycling and running confidently. At the end of every race i would chat to participants and hear their frustration and disappointment that the water slows them down or worse... my friends and colleagues not even contemplating a triathlon or multi sport race due to their fear of the open water.

During our camps you are coached in the open water, watched over by our safety staff. These guided and enjoyable swims will improve your technique and confidence in the water.  You are competing in Irish waters so it makes sense to be confident in our native seas and rivers.

From beginners who have never stepped outside the swimming pool to those who want to increase their competitiveness at an elite level there is a camp that is right for you.

We have over 40 years experience in training and coaching people to reach their potential. Our leadership, enthusiasm and love of the open water will help you become the sea swimmer you want to be.
